Introducing my vinyl drawing.

Not easily recognizable, an abstraction of a surgical plate. In 2016 I broke my humerus near the joint. Now, this plate is a part of my structure.

Placement

Among my peers and the object tattoo's, my project follows the original identity proposal.

A few options are available to me, a jewelry template (pin, badge), a shoulder tattoo, or a template for screenprinting.

Process

I started with a few drawings but my concept changed drastically after an in class critique. Originally my sketches were basic and without deeper connection to myself. Basically I was headed in too many directions and none were direct. I showed the picture below to my classmates and they responded with enthusiasm and I felt the direction I was looking for.
